About the program

CAPtivate your career comeback with Capgemini. Our returnship program is designed for experienced tech professionals who took a career break and are looking to reintegrate into the workforce. If you stepped away for two or more years, we want to offer you the support and training to help you return to work. Our program includes six to seven weeks of paid, benefit-eligible training with direct hire upon completion of the program, as well as a dedicated mentor through the whole journey and beyond.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who has taken a career break for more than two years and has prior technology-focused experience.
